Review Cape Town History and Culture

For those interested in South AfricaCultural experiences, I actually do Cultural tours into 2 rural regions of South Africa. The Eastern Cape and Venda. The mixture of the Luxury with the simplicity from the rural, makes for a complimentary experience. For any dose of Cape Town culture and history, head to the Museum Meander that takes you around the city focus on foot and includes the majority of the museums under the Iziko Museums banner, and more. The many museums and monuments trace Cape Town’s heritage from slavery to maritime warfare, apartheid and democracy.

Cape Town prides itself on its religious freedom and tolerance. As the meeting point of many cultures, there are mosques, kramats, churches, synagogues and temples to see, especially in the city centre, adjacent Bo-Kaap area, and throughout the Peninsula. Guided tours are available to places of interest and faith, but you can also visit these places independently. Cap Town is the great symbol of beautiful Culture of South Africa.
